When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, email address, city, and optional Instagram handle. We also collect signup source, record interest when you click a record + button, campaign and UTM attribution, landing path, referrer, and basic analytics or usage information.

Why We Use It

We use this information to operate the waitlist, understand demand, prioritise early access, understand which records and campaigns generate interest, communicate about Vinyl-rary, and improve the service. Vinyl-rary does not sell personal information.

Lawful Basis

We rely on legitimate interests to operate and improve the waitlist, understand launch demand, prevent misuse, and prepare Vinyl-rary for launch. Where consent is required for marketing or optional analytics, we rely on consent.

Storage And Providers

Waitlist records are stored in the systems configured for this website. Analytics and hosting tools may process basic event, device, referrer, and campaign metadata so we can understand how the launch page is used.

Retention

We keep waitlist information while preparing and operating the launch waitlist, then delete it or move it into a customer account record if you choose to use Vinyl-rary after launch. We also delete waitlist information earlier when you ask us to, unless we need to keep limited information for legal, security, or dispute reasons.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You can also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To use these rights, email vinylrary@gmail.com.
